Lump in scrotum

Asked for Male, 16 Years

Male teenager. I recently discovered a very small lump under the skin of my left scrotum. It is only somewhat tender if squeezed. It is very hard to distinguish from sight alone, but it does resemble a pimple. As a virgin, STI's are hopefully ruled out. Should I be worried?
