Here are some physiotherapy exercises for lumbar and cervical lordosis. --- For Lumbar Lordosis 1. Pelvic Tilt Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Tighten your abdominal muscles and flatten your back against the floor. Hold for 5–10 seconds, then release. Repeat 10–15 times. 2. Cat-Cow Stretch Start on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips. Inhale, arch your back (cow pose), and look up. Exhale, round your back (cat pose), and tuck your chin toward your chest. Repeat 10–12 times. 3. Knee-to-Chest Stretch Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat. Bring one knee to your chest, holding it with both hands. Hold for 20–30 seconds, then switch legs. Repeat 5–10 times on each side. 4. Bridge Exercise Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat. Lift your hips off the floor, forming a straight line from shoulders to knees. Hold for 5 seconds, then lower. Repeat 10–15 times. 5. Plank Lie face down, then lift your body onto your forearms and toes. Keep your body straight, engage your core, and hold for 10–30 seconds. Repeat 3 times. --- For Cervical Lordosis 1. Chin Tucks Sit or stand with your back straight. Tuck your chin in gently, as if making a double chin. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax. Repeat 10–15 times. 2. Neck Stretch Sit upright, tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder. Hold for 15–20 seconds, then switch sides. Repeat 3–5 times per side. 3. Wall Angels Stand with your back against a wall, arms bent at 90 degrees. Slowly raise your arms upward, keeping them in contact with the wall. Lower back to the start position. Repeat 10–15 times. 4. Isometric Neck Exercise Place your hand on your forehead and push your head forward against it without moving your neck. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax. Repeat 10–12 times.

Things you need to do is stretch the back muscles and strengthen the abdomen muscles. Before you start the exercise consult the physiotherapist for past medical history.

Lumbar Lordosis and cervical Lordosis both are interdependent on each other via the anterior and posterior fascial structural line that binds with the viscera in a chain manner. Our body is a pressure system with different containers in it think of it like a 'tiffin' stacked onto one another depending on each other for support. When the abdominal biomechanical forces are heavy along with dysfunctional hips which are either compensated due to over use or misalignment. Then it fascially pulls down the structures towards the gravity created densifications at the least expected areas. Some areas pain due to referred causes. This also involves your deep lines of muscles n fascia such as adductors, abdominals, your peroneals, your diaphragm, your tongue, and your neck muscles. It is advisable to open these structures and the containers and correct it's rhythm through a Fascial Practioner and a Craniosacral Therapy Practioner who would check you globally so that you can avoid surgery.
