Absolutely, most common causes of back are mechanical ( arising and settling from movement). which when ignored becomes pathological (where you start seeing change in x-ray and scans). Best part is as it can become worse with habit, lifestyle, posture.... it can become better as well.

The lower back normally has a small inward “C” curve that helps keep your body balanced. When this curve becomes straight, your back muscles have to work harder, which can cause pain or stiffness. Don’t worry it’s not serious and can be fully cured with some simple care.
Next Steps
Start doing gentle stretches, muscle relases, and posture correction exercises. A physiotherapist can help you bring back the normal curve and reduce pain.
Health Tips
Try not to sit or slouch for too long, keep your back straight, and stretch often. Don’t ignore the pain, the sooner you treat it, the faster you’ll feel better.
