I have been suffering from lower thigh pain for the past few days. I experience slight pain when I get up from the chair. When I walk I don't experience this pain. Please suggest

Good afternoon.. sitting for long time in chair causes compression of muscles thereby causing pain when you get up and pain disappear upon walking is the remedy.. so avoid sitting for long on chair and keep moving your leg.
