Hi, the best treatment for low back pain would be muscle specific assessment and accordingly treating them individually. Yoga at this point might harm more than being effective, as yoga is more for flexibility rather than therapeutic.

Need to know the reason ie root cause of low back pain n treat accordingly Yogasana helpful afterwards to maintain correct posture n flexibility once pain has reduced and strengthening exercises done under guidance of physiotherapist Groin pain reason need to check first and then treat accordingly
