Lower back pain(urgent)
I ve been having pain in lower back for past two weeks...it started as a muscular pain so the orthopedist gave me pills for that only. After a week all the muscular pain was treated but just after that ...the pain at one particular point started feeling too strong...after which i started taking indocap at another doctor's prescription but no use at all. I cant bend ...if i sit bent ...i cant get my back straight again...the pain is in lower back area and also pointed at the tail bone For the past two days i ve  started feeling restlessness and tingling and tiredness in my legs which is similar to the time when i was diagnosed with disc slip 6 yrs back. And also i feel a cool sensation in my back while sitting for long...just like you feel when u apply an analgesic ointment. Any suggestions abt what i should do... Is this problem better diagnosed and treated by a neurologist or an orthopedist or shd i directly visit a physiotherapist.

Greetings, sorry about the pain.  Your problem seems to be one of a poor flexibility at your back. Disc problem in itself due to poor flexibility between hips and thigh (low back).  Not to be worried about disc, take a weeks off from work for now, through away pain killers.
Next Steps
hire a physio as your trainer for 3 months and get yourself the best chance to cure it permanently.  physiotherapists normally would do trigger point therapy plus core strength training to improve your flexibility.
