Please specify where is the location of the pain. Is it centrally or on one side. What are the activities which increases the pain and how are you managing to relieve them at the time of pain. Has there been any trauma or sudden jerk that lead to pain or any exercise which performed in a faulty position that triggered the pain. Need more details to provide a proper treatment plan.
Next Steps
Take an online consultation for detailed assessment and treatment. Check for vitamin D, Calcium levels
Health Tips
Ensure proper hydration and start with gentle stretches which will help relieve the stiffness or pain.

I'm sorry to hear about your lower back pain. If oral medications and hot/cold compresses haven't provided relief, here are a few additional steps you can consider: 1. **Rest**: Avoid activities that worsen the pain. Sometimes, resting the back can help reduce inflammation and allow it to heal. 2. **Correct posture**: Ensure you're maintaining good posture when sitting, standing, and sleeping. Poor posture can exacerbate back pain. 3. **Gentle stretching and exercises**: Simple stretches and exercises that target the lower back can help strengthen muscles and alleviate pain. Avoid strenuous activities until the pain subsides. 4. **Massage therapy**: Gentle massage or self-massage can sometimes provide relief by relaxing tight muscles and improving blood flow. 5. **Physical therapy**: If the pain persists, consider seeing a physical therapist who can provide specific exercises and techniques to help alleviate your back pain. 6. **Consult a healthcare professional**: If your pain is severe and persistent despite home remedies, it's important to seek medical advice. A doctor can evaluate your condition, perform tests if necessary, and prescribe appropriate medication or therapy. 7. **Apply topical treatments**: Over-the-counter creams or ointments designed for muscle pain can sometimes provide relief when applied directly to the affected area. Remember, if your pain is severe, you experience numbness or tingling in your legs, or if it's accompanied by other concerning symptoms, seek medical attention promptly. Back pain can sometimes be a sign of a more serious underlying condition that requires professional evaluation.

Consult nearby physiotherapist and take electrotherapy, also you will be suggested with stretching and strengthening exercises which helps in muscle strengthening. Maintain proper posture, do icing or hot water fermentation.

We appreciate your contact. To begin with, please visit a nearby physiotherapy centre. If, after taking medication, your pain does not go away, you should have an MRI or xray, speak with an orthopaedic specialist, and then visit a nearby physiotherapy clinic for additional care. Thank you

Get yourself assessed by an expert, it's very important to know the history of your pain, how it's started and what is causing the pain. This will help us to understand the source of pain and can plan the next line of action.
Next Steps
Don't do any self prescribed medication or exercise by yourself, it may worsen the condition. consult the doctor as soon as possible
Health Tips
keeping cold or hot fomentation helps you temporarily relieve symptoms, but it will not help you for severe pain , so consult as soon as possible
