Lower back pain since last 4 days
I am suffering from lower back pain since last 4 days ,it is light but start at night ,i am very upset because I think it can sign of any infection,pls suggest me what should I do ,i am driving bike 3-4 hours daily .

Do lower back stretching and strengrhenjng exercises, sit in proper posture while driving, Do hot water fermentation, if no improvement then you neend to consult in person for proper assessment to rule out any stiffness or spasm.

It might be functional pain due to ur daily activities,don't drive a bike for longer hours maintain ur posture. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment,take electrical modalities treatment to reduce pain after start doing back strengthening exercises Avoid lifting heavy weights.
