If the pain intensity is too much for you, give a little rest to exercises or do the exercises that are comfortable for you. Do not over exert and sit for long hours , that will just worsen the pain . Take short breaks if you have long sitting, and take a small walk . Apply heat pack 2-3 times a day for 10 mins
Next Steps
If the pain doesnt subside, please visit a nearby physiotherapist for proper examination and treatment .
Health Tips
Pain is a indication that something is not right , kindly take a note of that indication and take a little rest for the structures to heal.

Your pain could be due to muscle spasm or soreness.  You should give hot water fomentation for 10-15 minutes twice a day. You can apply volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. Take rest for 1 day..
Next Steps
If the pain persist or aggrevates you should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist in person for further assessment and treatment.
