As a IT professional, u sit for prolong time...which causes Ur gluteus muscles (buttock muscles) to become weak..thus wn u start walking or standing...u may tend to use more of Ur leg n low back muscles..which makes them tight...which maybe a cause of Ur low back pain...thus u r suffering from muscle imbalance. Try to stretch Ur low back n leg(front n back) muscles and do strengthening exercises for Ur abdominals and gluteus muscles. Use hot pack at Ur low back n buttocks.

For pain relief use ice pack. After pain relief do hamstring stretches for both legs increase with rep every time.also doback strengthening exercises and knee strengthening. With some stretches calf, hamstring, quadriceps and back.
