Lower back pain
Hi , I have been suffering from lower back pain and sometimes neck pain as well.. However, the pain is intermittent .. Whenever , I lift heavy weight or do excessive physical activity then only I fell back pain.. As per my MRI report my disc has been slightly dislocated from my spine and that may be a reason of my pain .. I have consultanted many orthopedist and they have all said there is nothing to worry as the pain is not conituous and also no need to undergo any surgery .. But recently I had excrutiating pain in my back and neck because of some strenuous work out at gym and the pain stayed for 3 days and after that it gradually subsided . Therefore , I need a permanent solution to this problem .. So I need some medical advise on what should I do to get rid of this pain forever .. Should I consult a physiotherapist and start off my physiotherapic treatement ..

Yes a Physiotherapist will be able to assess your spine and your musculoskeletal structures that is causing pain , a thorough assessment of your posture and alignment can give an idea as to why you are getting these episodes .
