Hi, I am a 16 year old boy and I have been having a lot of back pain for a long period of time it happens regularly it comes and it goes but in the past month it has become more severe when ever I turn to pick something there are audible popping sounds. Important points Height:- 5.8feet weight :- 72kg 1. I don't do any exercise or any other strenuous activities or sports. 2. No prolonged sitting in front of the computer either. 3. Relief after opening/cracking/popping joints.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down.
