Lower back pain
Hi, having lower back pain since two days amd from yesterday i m not able walk properly. I thought it might go in one day however it has increased and i dont see any reason why is it happening.

Your back pain is due to poor flexibility at your pelvis area.  See a physiotherapist specialised in posture correction.  not to worry just that your back is less flexible.
