I have been waking up with lower back ache every morning since two months I have tried everything I could find on the Internet used heating pad and ice packs. Exercises like Mckenzie ,cobra poses tried cat cow poses, and strength training for core like side planks , dead bugs and bird dogs but it hasn't gotten fine. It started two months back when I was travelling i didn't have any pain during the travel but it started some time later like a day or two I thought it was a pulled muscle . I also have a past injury in my knee acl and bucket handle meniscal tear for which I got surgery ( 2 years ago) in 2024. Why is my lower back pain not resolving its affecting my life so much is it a disc bulge I can't deal with two injuries ,it's too much to deal with please help me

The main cause of your lower back is repeated strain to your spine. It mostly happens when you sit for long hours as in office work or long travel. Others facors like bending down for long hours and also lifting weights. I suggest you try getting bed rest for 1 week or more along with some hot packs and spine strengthening exercise
Next Steps
bed rest for 1 week or more
Health Tips
