Lower Back Pain
Hello, It's been more than a month of severe pain in my right lower back. December last week, I was in tour. There I lifter some heavy luggage and after that it started paining. Pain is such that it goes down to leg often, not always. Under medication, doctor advised some medicines and physiotherapy. I did the same for 10 days. But after leaving the medicine, it again starts paining. I don't understand why? Is it just normal muscle strain or Slip disc or sciatica ? Please help me. Also, suggest what I can do at home. Do's and Dont's.
