Lower abdominal pain after periods

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Doctor I have ovarian cyst in Feb month but after taking deviry 10mg my periods become regular....and in October month I have sexual relationship and my pregnancy test was negative....but my periods was comes after 10 days from LMP and i have blood clots but it remains 4 day and 5th day i hv clot.now I hv strong lower abdominal pain.is it sign of incomplete miscarriage or not,how I relive from lower abdominal pain
