Hi child may reject many foods during this age, may plan a consultation with doctor, so that we can plan for complementary feeding

At 11 months, this is commonly due to breastfeeding preference and feeding behavior issue, but poor weight gain needs attention. Your baby is active, which is reassuring, but calorie intake is likely inadequate. Follow structured feeding with 3 meals and 2–3 snacks, avoid breastfeeding just before meals, and offer it after feeds. Give energy-dense foods like khichdi, dal, roti, banana, potato with added ghee/butter, and encourage self-feeding without force or distractions. You can give OTC multivitamin drops and zinc for a short period, but appetite stimulants should be used only after pediatrician advice. Regular weight monitoring is important, and if weight gain does not improve, further evaluation is needed.
