Low vitamin d
Hi, My friend have tested her vitamin report and it showed his vitamin d level as 3.6 where the avg suffieciency should be from 30-100. Is this a matter of concern? What should my friend do in order to be in the apt range?

There can be many causes for vitamin D deficiency,,you should rule out other causes too,,so you should get a complete medical check up & consult a doctor at nearby hospital.
