Low platelet count

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have platelet count of 72k on 17 Sep and after that I am not having fever but I was having fever on 15 & 16 Sep. I have taken monocef o 200 on 16,17,18 Sep 2 times a day. Crocin 650 on 15,16, 4 times a day. Kindly give your valuable suggestions
