A WBC of 4000–4700 is low normal and if stable since years, usually not a concern. Your symptoms may not be directly related. You can repeat a CBC with differential and check B12 and folate once. If you’d like, connect with me with your reports I can review and guide you properly.

WBC Normal range: ~4000–11,000/µL Your range: 4000–4700 → low-normal / mild leukopenia If stable for 10+ years, this is often: A normal variant Not a cause of repeated infections unless very low (<3000) So, your WBC alone is unlikely to be the main cause of your symptoms. About your symptoms You mentioned: Recurrent “cold” Headache Dry cold sensation Drowsiness / sleepiness These are more suggestive of: Chronic sinusitis or lifestyle issues or vitamin deficiencies.

A WBC count in the range of 4000 to 4700 cells/mcL is technically at the lower limit of normal, but if it has remained stable since 2014, it is likely your baseline (constitutional) level rather than an acute disease. While you feel this 'borderline low' count is causing your frequent colds and drowsiness, it is often the other way around—chronic low-grade inflammation or underlying nutritional deficiencies (like B12 or Folate) can keep the WBC count at the lower end while causing systemic fatigue
Next Steps
But need your whole blood report so can ruke our the causes and plan the treatment accordingly for this you connect with me and consult
