Low haemoglobi
My haemoglobin is 9.2 gm/dl is it very low? What should I do to increase it quickly ? What food suppliments or general medicine or remedy do you suggest pl??

Hi It is low, but not very low. You can have iron supplements but that will give you a bad taste in your mouth. You should have a lot of green leafy vegetables in your diet. Jaggery is also good if you are not a diabetic.
