Low grade fever with knee pain
When i wake up in morning my body temp is normal . As day  Progress it reach to 99-99.5. Having pain in knee joint and calf musscle (espically left leg) . At night it comes down to normal . It happening from past 2 months . Now feeling fatique too. My cbc is normal,LFT,KFT,blood culture,ANF,ACE,C PROTEIN,typhoid,throid,ct chest ,ct abdomin,urine culture,skin test fot tb ,AFB all are normal . Abdomin ultrasound detect gallblader stone 8mm and mild hepatomegaly.having chronic constipation from past . plz tell me to diagnos my promblem
