Low grade fever

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I have been low grade fever for about 10days. there is an irritation just below the centre of the chest. I cunsult a doctor and she adviced me that it is because of some infection and the irritaion is because of acidity. but even after taking medicine the problem persists.
