Low grade fever
I am suffering from COVID since 10 days...by God grace I don't have any major symptoms but I am having a low grade fever that ranges between 99 to 100. In the morning the fever gets normal. It slowly rises as the day progresses to 99.9 and again gets down in the night time. Why this temperature is fluctuating and is it the matter of concern?
