Low grade Fever
Hello, I developed low grade fever on Friday and took paracetamol 325 mg and didn't develop any fever till Sunday afternoon wherein again low grade fever developed and I took the same medicine. Today morning I again developed low grade fever and consulted doctor online. Prediction attached, so is it the right prescription? Should I take Azithromycin or not as I read it is used to treat covid as well.
