Since about 3 months I am experiencing low energy levels. I am too tired all the time, and unable to be productive at work, I keep procastinating things. I used to work out with proper diet for 3 months before this. I had to stop since I didn't have enough time. I assumed my body is having some muscle loss and that's why I am having low energy and calf muscle inflammation. I went to the doctor and I was advised to take a pain killer and
vitamin E tablet evion for a week. It worked upto some extent but now back to the same energy levels. I also have a history of low
vitamin b12.
