Low energy level.
Hi doctor, my age is 35 years and I am breastfeeding mother of my baby girl-4 months. I am feeling energy low and having body pains these days. I think it is due to calcium deficiency. I am taking 2 glasses of milk daily and calcium tablet. Can I have horlicks or boost for energy? pls suggest. Thanks.

You are a breastfeeding mother. For that you need to take more proteins and vitamins. Check your hemoglobin. Start IRON +FOLIC ACID daily . Continue milk and calcium. Try to add more leafy vegetables and green salad.
