Crocin for breastfeeding mother
I ( aged 35 ) am exclusively breastfeeding 4 month old baby.
I have headache, body aches and throat irritation.
No fever.
So is it safe to take crocin tablet while breastfeeding.
Any home remedies to follow?

Yes you can take paracetamol. make sure you check your baby for feeding, urine output(min 4 times a day) and general gross body movements and activity. If any of that happens check for fever in the baby. If ur fever persists >3-4 days, get a covid test done

Greetings yes it's safe to take .. you can do steam inhalation and salt water for gargling will help to improve symptoms
