How many months I need to feed my baby in every 2 to 3 hrs..He is 2 months 22 days...birth weight is 2.9 kg..now he is 5.6..(exclusively breastFeeding) (I have fast let down)

Weight gain is adequate and good You have to exclusively breast feed your child till 6 months However at present it is not necessary to feed your child in every 2 hours. Practice feeding on demand OR in every 3.5 hrs would be sufficient

Usually you need to follow some cues given by your baby. Otherwise it is Usually 3 hourly and especially during night hours. Exclusive breastfeeding is very essential and it will provide multidimensional benefit to your baby. Weight of the baby is following normal trend.

After 1 month of life or so, baby should be fed on demand. on demand only.
