Hi doctor,
I'm a 30 year old lactating mother of a one month old baby.
I heard that mothers above 30 years age , have less fat in their breastmilk which causes babies to demand to feed continuously. Is that true ?
Does the nutritional value of breast milk get affected due to age ?
Please suggest.

Dear parents,
What you had Heard or wrongly interpreted is not true.
Every breast produces two types of milk fore milk and hind milk.
Initial milk is more watery and has less calories while after coming milk is rich in carbohydrates proteins and fats And more rich in calories.
So always Feed baby from one breast at a time
