Low blood pressure
I have 90mm blood pressure, i got it checked today, i was facing it since 4 days, but it increased.And today i am feeling very weak, severe headache, severe body ache, breathing issues after sunset.Very much uneasiness.
I haven't had test since few days, i woke up at 4:30 in the morning and slept at 10:30pm at night.
This has been my routine since 12 days.
Please help me with improving my blood pressure.
