I am suffering from low back pain since almost close to last 6 years. This pain was first observed when i had started going to gym. Since this did not worked out for me as of now I had stopped doing back exercise. But even if i pick up slight heavy object my pain is unbearable. I had done X-ray of my low back, it showed loss of muscle spasm.
