Low back pain and hip corner pain
In 2022 my test for arthritis was RA CCP ANA ENA HLAB27 ,BONE SCAN, MRI was normal mean time I regularly visited rhumetologists, in 2024 my low back pain and body suddenly relieved,
Now recently, suddenly I feel pain in my shoulder, upper arm biceps, lower arm , both palm , both side middle fingers , seems all finger tip are red minute ,
In the last 5 year , my crp esr normal,
From last one month i am feeling muscle pain , frist time ,
Is it polymylagia rhumetica???

Generalised non inflammatory body aches..gut issues like IBS can be a part of fibromyalgia..where all these investigations can be normal..please consult a rheumatologist
