I am suffering from severe knee joints and foot pain from last 6 month I have all blood test Ra Anti ccp negative ANA was positive 1:100 & 1:200 Homogenous ENA PROFILE negative Uric acid 4 ESR CRP NORMAL ONLY VITAMIN D IS 18 I have also done triple phase whole body bone scan that was quite normal If its a serronegative arthritis my bone scintography is normal I want to know MRI is better over bone scintography or not

HLA-B27 is missing. For seronegative arthritis, it needs to be done. Bone scan is very sensitive but less specific. MRI is also sensitive but is costly n not include all joints.
