Joints pain
Two year before ,my RA ,ANTI CCP , HLAB27,was quite normal,only ANA was positive,then doctor prescribed ENA profile,that was quite normal and told to repeat ANA again , when I repeated ANA test it was negative and quite normal , I want to know should I repeat all test again ,my esr CRP never crossed 20 and 1 , but I am feeling very severe whole back pain and lower back and hip pain ,last year MRI of si joint and pelvic was also normal, I am continuously following Dr saurabh malviya sir indore

It may not be spondyloarthritis then..
Cause of the pain needs to be addressed again..please see another rheumatologist for 2nd opinion.
