My age is 36, I am suffering severe low back pain for last 2 months as well as back hip pain ,My MRI of SI Joints and Pelvic is normal , HLAB27 IS NEGATIVE ESR CRP NORMAL ,ANA,ENA ANTI CCP,RA FACTOR NORMAL ,still i am feeling ,NO NSAID woking , what could be reason
