Lost 17kgs within 6months
My aunt has diabetes.She was 72kgs and is now 55kgs.Her weight has been decreasing with time. No specific symptoms but there is body shivering at times and weakness.Diabetes is under control since last 2months.Also she has not been passing stool since 13th August. Kindly help

Give her high fiber diet for constipation . For now u can give her syrup Duphalac 30ml at bedtime to relieve the constipation and later isabghol husk with water on regular basis. for diabetic management please get back with reports and medication list.

Get her blood checked for cbc Hiv hepsag hba1c esr creatine sgot uriner/m and also xray chest ( pa) view and ultrasound abdomen and revert back with reports for further guidance
