Hello. I see that life seems to be suddenly overwhelming and lonely for you. You could try making a chart of people who have been your support system in the past and reach out to them. Sometimes making and following a routine can also be helpful. Consulting a counsellor might help alleviate your feelings and give you confidence for the future.

When ever you wake up spend at least 15 minutes thinking about positive possibilities in your life. Make a notebook and write whatever you feel, just start and you may be surprised how much there is inside you. Walking and doing light exercises will boost your mood. Get sunlight and meet people. Refrain your self from watching negative news and programs. The symptoms you have mentioned represents mild depression you have not mentioned since how long you are feeling the same but if you are feeling this from months seeking professional help from Psychologist / Psychiatrist can be useful.
