Lose of menstruation
I had taken three i pills in a row on july to august, and got my last withdrawal bleeding on 29th august to 2nd september, from then my natural periods has stopped. I tried doing exercises and yogas. But nothing happened. I am not pregnant Can i take Raja Pravartini Vati and Ashokarishta for inducing my periods? After taking 6 months of raja pravartini vati will my periods become normal again?...should i start taking it from today? Coz i am having no periods at all.

Pls Don't go for self medication Mam!!! Every menstruation issue can't be solved by Raj pravartani vati and ashokarishta! There must be obstructions in your channels that's why your periods are hampered. . Consult first AND then take proper medication

6 months is a long period of time. Right now you can take both but not for long use. Ashokarishta you can take for 2-3 months , this will regulate your hormones imbalance.
