Hi sir , We can surely help you with this. Since the patient is diabetic there should not be long meals gaps as it can lead to blood sugar fluctuations l. We can give you an example of a good diet with timing : Early morning : ( 5 Am- 6 AM ) : tea/ coffee with 2 biscuits ( no sugar) Prefer toned/ double toned milk Prefer atta biscuits instead of maida. Breakfast : ( 9 AM- 10 AM)poha/ dhokhla/ egg white Mid morning : (11 -11:30 AM) fruit/ coconut water. avoid fruits such as mango, banana, cheeku, grapes & litchi. SAY NO TO JUICES Lunch: (1-2 PM)salad + dal + sabji + rice ( Avoid vegetables such as : aloo, arbi and sweet potato) Amount of all should be 1 katori. Prefer eating salad before food evening tea: (5-6 PM) : tea / coffee with 2 biscuits. ( No sugar) Dinner : Same as lunch Post dinner ( before bed ) : milk without sugar. Remember : bed time milk is very important as it helps to control blood sugar levels for the next day also.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
