Loose motions and diaper rash

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My baby is 2 year old and had loose motion because of eating chicken and egg. Now his poop is normal after 2 days but has mucus in it and poops 4 to 5 times a day. He got diaper rash too which he cries out of pain after pooping in diaper. Please suggest what to do to get rid immediately of diaper rash. For motions I am using econorm Sachets. Please suggest.

Hi, Apply B-4 nappi ointment/ cream 3-4 times/ day. Avoid milk and milk products for few days. Give a normal diet with plenty of liquids/ water for hydration.
