  4. Loose motion. Then starts the effect?

My son is having loose motion and currently he is travelling by bus. He is carrying eldoper capsules with him. Can he take one now ? He is bit afraid whether taking the medicine would initially aggravate the problem. My question is - whether taking eldoper normally immediately stops stools or it first extracts more stool and then starts the effect ?
