Liver disease cause?Meds?
Usg-shrunk rightLiverLobe, mild splenomegaly, high liver enzymes. Fibroscan cap188,31 kpa. Ana+ve. Igg 24.5. Hb 9.5. Dir.Bilirubin0.39.Normal ferritin,platelts & bloodtests (attached).  Asymptmatic No ascites/Jaundice. Has low appetite, mild pedal edema, @times 'left' abdomen pain(chronic)if passing stool twice. Frequent dry coughing. HighBP (normal@times),  Prediabetic, knee arthritis difficultWalking. Recent TSH 10. Cataract surgery. COVID once. Meds: Recently stopped TelmirideH & TenlisonM.  Started on Verilol 3.12 (betablocker), Rifaximin500, lactulose, Sitagliptin+Metformin & Thyronorm50, nutritional meds proteins. On longterm Ecosprin AV (preventive).  2021 usg-normal liver with fatty grade1 changes & 2025-shrunken liver parenchymal changes. Possible cause of cirhosis? Other tests? Is biopsy necessary, any alternative4biopsy? R above meds ok4liver? What treatment U suggest? Should she take Hep vaccine? Imp: Continue aspirin+atorvastatin 75/20? Is Endoscopy imp @present? Pls Help
