Cataract surgery. COVID once.
Meds: Recently stopped TelmirideH & TenlisonM. Started on Verilol 3.12 (betablocker), Rifaximin500, lactulose, Sitagliptin+Metformin & Thyronorm50, nutritional meds proteins. On longterm Ecosprin AV (preventive). 2021 usg-normal liver with fatty grade1 changes & 2025-shrunken liver parenchymal changes. Possible cause of cirhosis? Other tests? Is biopsy necessary, any alternative4biopsy? R above meds ok4liver? What treatment U suggest?
Should she take Hep vaccine?
