Can fatty liver cause Splenomegaly?...I had 15cm liver with 15.1 cm spleen which after exercise reduce by 14.5..is it only fatty liver or any other illness?

Fatty liver causes portal hypertension causes splenomegaly.
Certainly few viral infections cause both hepatomegaly and splenomegaly
