Lipid profile
Good morning Dr, I have done lipid profile test as my Dr suggested.. I have BP 130/80 and taking telvas 20mg.. my age is 38  and weight 121 kg.. I was taking regestrone regularly.. and history of pcos.. Dr said no need of medication.. is it correct.. I'm attaching my report.. thank you

Check your blood sugar level and thyroid level repeat uric acid levels after 2 weeks. As for now you don't need any tablets for cholesterol since it's in normal range. Continue your blood pressure tablets regularly.

You dont need medication for cholesterol.However, a diet and exercise plan must be in place. Your uric acid levels are high and need to be brought down.However,its possible it was due to regesterone, and may now reduce .proper diet and exercise can also help to reduce uric acis and address pccos .please monitor uric acid with a monthly checkup.
