Lesion inside inner mouth
I had complained of vibration feeling in my left foot, and muscle spasm pain in rib
and calf muscle. I was prescribed Neubagam m 75, Lumia 60K and Gemcal XT tablets. After taking the medicines for a week, I now have sores in inner mouth near epiglotis , with redness and yellow patches. I am finding painful to swallow . It is like you burn mouth after drinking hot tea. I am diabetic and have BP. I take Istamet( metaformin) ,
Diamacron
for sugar . Covance, stamlo and Tonact TG for BP. Are the mouth sores related to foot vibrations? Please advise.

Your symptoms in the foot may be related to diabetic neuropathy.
The image you have attached shows apthous ulcers.Exact cause is not known. May be related to many medicines.
You could use TESS buccal paste 3 times a day
along with betadine diluted with water mouth rinse.
Avoid spicy and oily food
