You have to get her checked in a clinic near by or a video consultation. Cbc Thyroid test liver function kidney function and ecg wil be needed. If u think it's varicose put a crepe bandage and lift the leg with help of a pillow. If the swelling comes down it wil be good. Close watch on urine output and blood pressure
