Leg pain during sleeping
Hi, I mostly encounter leg pain during night and it has been going for a long time. It will be mostly left leg. i had a left knee ligament tear a year back and post that it has become more frequent. I fell better if i stretch my leg but somedays it really beocmes unbearable. Is it a reason to worry? Any suggestion. Thanks.

Get an orthopaedics opinion if the site of pain and nature of pain is similar to that of ligaments tear. But in your case, i feel it has not just the mechanical component but also musculo-nervine component. You should start taking more water and consume high potassium diet. You can also take multi vitamine supplementation for a week.
