Suddenly there is pain in leg knee from couple of days, I am unable to climb stairs. It happens me to me often. But this time its a bit severe

This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello...... Weakness, viral infection  infection,  fatiguability can  cause joint pain..  History of associated symptoms is required..  If you are having severe  pain  take  painkillers for time  being  and consult  general  physician..  If you have no associated symptoms  X-ray  helps in to diagnosis.....
