Neurokind is not the cause for constipation. Oral Iron can be.
Your cramps may be due to electrolyte imbalance. You should take at least two glasses of lime juice with a dash of salt.
You should get your Haemoglobin level done and if you are anaemic then intravenous Iron may be considered.
Actually there are hundreds of Iron preparations. If one is causing you constipation the other one may not.
You can take neurokind lc,is safe during breastfeeding. However for the leg cramps ,take magnesium supplement, vitamin e once a day with adequate water consumption daily.
Low potassium level can be a cause of muscle cramp. Get it checked till then you can take diet rich in potassium like banana.
You can take neurokind Ic single tablet a day
It seems like you're experiencing leg cramps postpartum, likely due to the combination of nutritional needs and IBS. Since iron and calcium supplements are essential during this period, especially while breastfeeding, it’s important to adjust them to minimize side effects like constipation. You can consider taking Neurokind LC, but it’s always best to start with a low dose and monitor how your body reacts, especially with your IBS.
Additionally, staying well-hydrated and incorporating fiber-rich foods can help manage constipation. For muscle cramps, magnesium supplements may also be helpful, but these need to be balanced carefully when breastfeeding.

Neurokind ls doesn't contain calcium.. It's better to take calcium thrice a week till ur a exclusively breastfeeding. As for constipation take high fiber diet
This supplement contains levocarnitine, methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), and folic acid. It is generally considered safe during breastfeeding, but you should always consult your gynecologist. Dosage: The typical dosage for Nurokind-LC is one tablet daily
For leg cramps I would advise adequate hydration and potassium rich foods such as bananas and leafy vegetables, also increase intake of nuts. For constipation would suggest roughage foods such as cucumber and other salads.
Neurokind is safe to take but leg cramps may be due to electrolyte imbalance.
